i have some teeth …
i have some teeth whitening gel bleach at home and i went and got some sports mouth guards to use as trays and they are just HUGE and its uncomfortable to put in my mouth (and yes-i did boil it in water and mold it to my teeth).
i dont have the money to get the trays made so i was wondering if you could let me know what i could do…i really want to whiten my teeth but i cant cause of the stupid trays!

great job but i do …
great job but i do the mandible before the maxillary and place the alginate in the tray from the lingual side rather than the buccal like you for the mandible.
Anyway nice job also why do you calling it bleeching trays when all you did was a impression and pour it up?
