I’m a dental assistant… bleaching your teeth can cause sensitive teeth. And should not be done as an EVERY day regiment. Also you should use a soft toothbrush. And toothbrush should not cut your gums. Irritations in the gums are caused by gingivitis and bacteria or food under the gums. Best thing is to brush teeth often and use a bleaching regiment your dentist approves for best results.
